notice patterns or things that we want and so I think if you can think about that that in a small thing you can realize like oh I might just be doing that in a big thing as well like I might be looking for all the signs that I want that I want that I think are the signs that are leading me to the thing that I want rather than truly the thing that is what's best for me really good so yeah
