So-called lucky country.

Well, that's what Brisbane are happy and Melbourne's sad.

Yeah, yeah.

But also the stuff that followed, like the land tax and people exiting.

Melbourne prices are going down when everyone else is going up for house prices.

I'm talking about, like, Melbourne was the star.

Are they ready for change?

Because I've never been able to understand because, like, and I've got businesses down in Melbourne, like, you know, 56 branches, and I go and talk to my guys, and my guys also, we hate the current government, and we hate Dan Andrews.

We don't like the current premier.

But then every time there's an election, Labor win.

So what happens?

Is it like a default vote?

At a federal level?

So there's an election coming up this year?

November this year.

Do you expect a change?

Yeah.

Because it's funny, I read an article in The Australian about, they were interviewing Ashby and Paul, and actually the headline was, burn the place down.
