I went back to my hometown, and I was like, I can't do this anymore. What were you doing in your hometown? Nothing. Nothing. Just being miserable? Being miserable. It was. I was miserable. But I was with family. My mom's there. My dad's there. My brothers are there. So I'm surrounded by family. My friends are still there because I'd just really been two years out of college.

I hung out with my buddies. You know, my parents were there, but I moved into a room at one of their old ex-football players. They were still playing in one of my teammates' houses.

He's like, dude, you look miserable. We're going to spring break. Come on, get in the car. We're going. I was like, okay, we went. And I went to South Padre for spring break. And I remember this. The Lord, I am beyond.
