How important is maintaining that wellness a part of your life to do what you do at the level you do it at?
I feel like entertainment is a, what we do is really like another form of sports.
I be telling people that all the time because I was a competition cheerleader and a lot of the same structure and the discipline that I use in sports, I use it now.
You can't just not give a damn about what you're putting in.
Think you finna go on stage and perform for an hour and you'd be seeing people pass out and all.
I do a show for an hour.
I don't even drink water.
I don't even like for the fan to even think I'm like them anywhere near like a human like them.
I'm up there for an hour dancing.
they're not sweating really keeping myself and saying that i'm in great shape what else you guys ain't up there all right what else guys you you know trying to hold body moving talking to the crowd you just so i ain't on that right so i take it very seriously about like how i condition myself because i feel like it's just i'm gonna be up all night i'm gonna record i'm gonna i gotta be able to like
I mean, man, I might sound crazy.
I stretch and everything.
That's not crazy, especially if we have to.
