And just a couple of comments about communication myself.
Just one of the big things I think and one of the tips I would say to people is that when you are talking to someone who may have a different style of communication, is actually give them time to respond because we have a tendency even as you listen to the show, I speak at a certain pace, but we have a tendency
as people to expect an instant response.
But what I have learned over the years, especially with my own son and other people that come into the library, is to actually just wait.
Absolutely.
And just say nothing like that.
Just allow them that time.
Because what we need to think about is different people um who whose brains work differently may need more time to process what you're asking them and then formulate a response because that's actually two two things that they've got to do with their brain.
Understand the information and then, as we said, express.
using that expressive language to give a response.
