We try to do two days a week. It depends on the pains, if I can do that or not. But it has been really helpful to work out with her. I wish we had started sooner. I wish I had started sooner in my pregnancy. So whenever we get to do this again, when we go for round two... I will definitely make sure I'm working out pre-pregnancy during pregnancy because it has been really helpful.
