Um but you know, I think it's very much a symbiotic relationship as a win win for both because I think China also has a a huge overcapacity problem, which the likes of Saudi Arabia and UAE, you know, they need also m a lot of this uh capabilities and expertise that they have, whether in terms of building,
Particularly also in the area of, you know, tech, which is something that you and I talk a lot about and most excited about, right?
And to a certain extent I think it's also fair to say, you know, the US China relationship has not
Done well.
in the last few years and now with Trump in the picture, look at, you know, the big Chinese big tech, whether it's your Alibaba's, whether it's your Tencent, they need to find ways to continue to grow.
Right.
And if they're not able to grow in the US, where are they going to grow?
They need to find other markets to grow.
They came to Southeast Asia, they tried India and then India pushed them out.
So in a lot of ways, I do think, you know, the Gulf is kind of like the last frontier for them.
If you talk to the Chinese, they they always say, you know,
Saudi Arabia is like China 30 years ago, where everything was just like, you know, virgin barren land and we can build everything from the ground up, right?
I think that really goes to show the kind of growth cap growth uh opportunities and capacity that, you know, the Gulf really has and how China s seeks to kind of fulfill and play those markets.
So yeah, I think it's gonna be really interesting in a couple of years to see where this hits to.
Um the Gulf first and I also think Africa is eventually going to be a region to to watch, um, where China will also be doing a lot more in th in those areas too.

Yeah.
But I think in a lot of ways, I mean, to give I think the Gulf is credit.
When you talk about the Gulf I just there are a lot of Middle Eastern markets, but I think the ones that, you know, tend to kind of people pay a lot more attention to, you know, is still the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
