It's the only way I'm able to have three note cards full of advice.

I want to give my kids because I've been through so much shit

And so I know that as a mom, I have to let them go and fall as hard as it is as a parent, because our kids are little pieces of our heart out there, just in the world.

And it's scary and it's hard, but we have to do it.

So my kids will probably never listen to this episode.

When I told him I was doing this, Jackson goes, so you want us to listen to it?

I was like, no, no, I know that you won't.

Maybe today they won't, but I'm sure at some point in their lives that they will.

maybe it won't be for 10 years, but hey, it at least is out there in the world.

But even if they never do, these are messages that I try to work into our everyday lives, right?

These are things that are always at the forefront of my mind.
