So TSP is fluffy enough, I guess, as you would say, to take some out of that to help pay for our retirement home.

Well, right now, our income when I retire will be all pensions.
Our total nest egg right now is about $900,000.
We would sell our existing home, and I think we would probably get around $200,000 for it.
So the TSP has $660,000.
About $100,000.
