have like i mean fifteen thousand dollars or something right i guess i'm still thinking of it like my credit score issue so you're right so if i'm not worried about the credit then it doesn't matter

Uh, currently we're renting at 1200 a month.

We're not looking to really go much.

We're looking to stick around this thing is where we're at in the market.

What we're paying for is an equivalent to things around us for the same price and we're looking to start a family.

So we need something better.

Yeah, that makes sense, and that's kind of my biggest fear is I don't want to lose the momentum that we have going because we are on fire.
