So if somebody is at the appellate process, then we write them back and say, hey, you know, we don't look at this until after your appeal is done.

So the way Indiana is set up, our intake process is about preserving people's rights because a lot of times people lose their habeas time clock because they just don't know you need something filed in order to stop that process.

So the big thing with my case on the new side of science was that they had said that Tony had died a very horrible, painful death.

But then we got a forensic toxicologist and she determined that he had actually died of smoke inhalation.

So he had gotten to a very high carbon monoxide level.

And by the time the fire broke out, he was already gone.

He was gone when I was trying to save him.

And I didn't know it.

Doesn't signify an arson.

An arson burns very hot and very fast and gives off low levels of carbon monoxide.

But an accidental electrical fire, especially one that starts in the ceilings or the wall, they burn very slowly and smolder and they give off huge amounts of carbon monoxide.
