The idea of going back to school to play rugby again and be young enough to make all the age groups still.
You know, that was a thing back in the day, like what probably still is.
And that was my category, you know?
Yeah.
And heaps of smart dudes were doing it.
Yeah.
But there's no way I was going back to school, though.
Yeah.
There's no way I just had to get out of there.
Well, it was probably the only thing I was good at.
I'm probably not even that good at it.
Like, I don't know.
Yeah, but definitely I think it was like a way of finding that sense of belonging.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You know, because all you want to do is, I suppose, fit in when you're young.
Yeah.
Yeah, like I said, I wasn't bright, but I could play a ride at rugby and made some good mates doing it.
And that's probably where I found the passion for it, getting outside of the class.
And you got to miss school because you'd go down and play into schools and do all that sort of stuff.
