I think it's a big deal.

Yeah.

Housing is sort of the foundation for how people experience the economy.

So if they're not able to have stable housing or if it's eating into too much of their income, it's really difficult, especially in a city like L.A.

Like it's just so expensive and there's no real clear path towards it getting better.

So I think that's the toughest part.

And I interviewed Wally Adeyemo, who is the deputy secretary of the Treasury in the Biden administration.

And that was like the number one thing that his team was working on, was figuring out how to solve the supply side of housing.

We often think about solving housing through the demand side, so helping people afford mortgages.

But if there's not enough homes for them to afford, it just ends up pushing prices up everywhere.

So that's the biggest focus for him, or was the biggest focus for him.

And when I talk to local housing groups, there is a lot of effort to build more homes, but labor costs have gone up.

It's actually kind of hard to tap into this sewage system in some areas.

So we're sort of, it's like a rock and a hard place with housing, where you have to update a lot of infrastructure to build more homes, too.

Well, I think technically, well, what does everyone think?
