I take everybody's opinion into consideration before making the decision, and I'd like to arrive at a consensus, and very rarely we don't, whereas I decide against the majority of the group.
I don't think that's happened too many times in my career because I hire those people for a reason, and I let them do their job, and I appreciate and respect their opinion.
