And lastly, we're enabling a case management tool or really just case management focused service that will help banks resolve issues with each other quickly, collaboration, and we'll be able to ingest those insights and again, extend it out to the network.
So, you know, at a high level, you know, this is a very standard, you know, network level, you know, fraud service, but this is something that we're super excited to bring and hopefully continue to drive safety in an already safe and secure network.
Yeah, I mean, that's my personal mission statement, right?
It's just to reduce fraud across the ecosystem holistically.
And I think that that's, you know, that's where with the intelligence services that we're what that we're providing, right, being able to utilize this data within your system before a transaction is sent, being able to prevent the negative impact of a fraudulent payment sent that was, you know, unauthorized, right.
And now the client, the customer will no longer be able to make, you know, whatever real payments that they needed to make this is this is where
you know, I can think that we'll continue to help and drive all of that to be said, that this better intelligence is something that I think that, you know, is going to ultimately drive, you know, further value to the network and something that, you know, I'm super excited to see growing.
That said, in terms of where I think the FPC should focus, there's a lot of activity that, you know, can be detected even upstream before the payments ever initiated, right?
So
Think about the authentication, the login, the overall experience up until the point of that payment.
There's a lot of data that can be used to help mitigate fraud that we would call that cross-channel.
Was there a suspicious call into a branch that
that then precipitated a transaction or a payment.
This isn't something that the network in and of itself would have, but this could be data elements that are pulled within a fraud service that can then be used to identify like, hey, this looks otherwise legitimate, but there was a suspicious phone call two days ago, and now we might want to reach out to the client just to confirm it.
And this is where I think that payments and focusing on payments is
Definitely important, but there's a lot of things to open, you know, prior to that payment that we can really help to focus and educate on.
So that way, again, it's not the payment that is suspicious or fraudulent.
It's a lot of other activity prior to the payment that we can leverage as well.
I would have to agree.
I think data breaches often lead to account takeover or credential compromise.
