And we had basically an even tie between Dax and Rudolph and Keaton Verhoef at four and five.
So for me, they were the two best defensemen on the board.
We had Carson Carrolls at seven and Chase Reed at eight with Albert Smits at nine.
Yeah, it's a slam dunk for them.
You know, they really need a defenseman who can get that puck transitioned quickly up ice to all those skilled, talented forwards they have.
I don't know that Verhoeven is ready to do that yet, but he will be eventually.

And we had Klepov ranked exactly at 15 at red line.
I love him.
He's a tenacious, tenacious kid.
I mean, he's a real puck hound, relentless in puck pursuit all over the ice.
If he doesn't have it, he's going to go get it.
So I really like Klepov's game and he has really, I mean, from where he was two years ago to now,
development curve has just been straight up so those are the kind of guys i like to look for as a scout i mean you get certain guys who you see with 16 you think wow this guy's got to be something two years from now when he's draft age and then you're like okay you know he hasn't really rounded out his game very well he's still kind of on the same plateau so you look for guys who are going straight up and clip off as one of those guys
Well, the big advantage that Maddox has on his father is that his father was not a good skater at all, and that's put lightly.
I mean, Maddox can skate, and he's got the same size that his father had.
I mean, Pierre was almost 6'5", tall, gangly guy.
Maddox is better filled out, but still his lower body needs to really get some development going.
He's got really thin legs.
