Coming up on today's episode, the Oscars are this Sunday, and since I've seen zero of the 10 Best Picture nominees, literally none of them, I'm going to talk about... I couldn't even... I don't even think I could name two of them.

I'm going to take a little turn on that, and I'm going to talk about some of the movies and TV shows that I have seen, thanks to my tiny humans, in NGL's second annual Screen Time Awards.

After that, I'm going to be joined by NHL wife, Meredith Goudreau, who I'm absolutely honored wanted to share her story with me.

We're going to talk about her late husband, Johnny's tribute at the Olympics, grief, and what's next for her as she helps other families and carries on his legacy.

But before all of that, let's start with a couple NGL announcements.

First up, we're taking next week off because I frankly haven't stopped moving in months and I just simply want to sit down.

I want to sit my butt down for a couple of days.

and not do anything, which means I will be doing everything for my children.

That's how I like it.

But the good news is we'll be back March 26th with my one-year postpartum special.

Oh my gosh.

I can't believe it's been one whole year since Finley and Kelsey came into the world.

That's nuts.

Remember when I podcasted with her 48 hours after giving birth?

That was crazy behavior.

And I'd do it again.
