Yeah, I think you put a couple of things together, actually.
One is obviously the concerns about the tariffs and trade war that I think will weigh on markets.
And even though we don't know at this point what that's going to end up looking like, it's likely to play out for a while.
And then when you add into that the potential broadening out of that AI thematic,
post the deep seek announcement of a couple of weeks ago, that potentially reduces that leading market position that the US large cap companies have had.
I think that just means we're feeling perhaps slightly more cautious when you put those two things together than we perhaps were coming into the year.
So we are considering a modest dynamic position that's underway at
equities as we navigate through what I think is going to be a period of uncertainty and probably...
I think for me in the way that we, and obviously there's a lot of excitement about AI and its potential to transform the way that we live and work and play, and I think that's all valid.
I think perhaps that that really strong concentration or focus on those large US companies
tech giants is probably being a little bit distracting the broader thematic that's been playing out.
And you've got this really this rapidly developing world of emerging tech companies and other market segments that use AI.
And so I think we view that AI thematic as being very strong and persistent and the deep seek announcements probably only go to bolster that.
But I think you'll see a bit more of a broadening out of the theme.
So I think what we'd advocate for is look across the spectrum.
Who's all the kind of companies that are likely to benefit from that broad thematic rather than the highly concentrated
bets on a very limited number of names.
So you've obviously got the providers of the Aeon models.
You've also got the enablers, so the infrastructure providers.
You've got the deployers, so who can use the AI to get productivity gains, disruptors.
