Greek Finance Minister Kyriakos Pyrakakis says the Greek economy has largely recovered from the financial crisis that began in 2009.

In an interview with NPR, he said the government now worries about its aging and shrinking population.

The new financial incentives include tax breaks for younger workers and people in rural areas and lower rates for Greek parents who have more children.
