The doors remain shut to the El Pueblo Neighborhood Center for a fourth week, where Adelita Grijalva is waiting to gain access and serve local constituents.

She says that while Arizona's 7th congressional district awaits representation, voters are struggling to access information they typically get from that office.

Grialva's father, Congressman Raul Grialva, died in March at age 77 after complications from cancer treatment.
