Yeah, I had a, at the beginning of my uni study, I had this real moment where I ended up moving into my own space for a little bit.

And starting uni.

And it was so great.

I got to the bottom of like what was causing my anxiety.

And I can't, I don't know what it was, but I was doing a lot of work.

I was putting in a lot of effort.

I think that's something that doesn't get said a lot.

That in order to like beat these demons, you've got to put in so much effort.

And sometimes you have to go and live by yourself and do it.

You know, because that's how much it's going to take.

It's going to take all your focus for just like however long.

And I came out with no anxiety at all way.

Buzzy.

After all this time of my career and being asked to, can you be in this thing and be a public figure?

And me going, no, no, I'm afraid, you know, to now I'm finally able to step out and feel totally okay.

That switch, it's noticeable to say the least, you know.
