I don't believe just yelling at kids and, and degrading them and all that kind of like the old school kind of mindset.

You know, I, when, when I, when I started, like I had good coaches around me, even like from Czech and former players.

And they all told me the same thing, get to know the players, you know, like,

Make sure you show them that you care and then you can hold them accountable.

You can work with them.

They will do more for you as well.

So that's what I'm trying to do.

It's more psychology than coaching at times, but it's been working well for me.

Oh, well, first of all, when I first came over, I was living with my parents.

I played for my hometown team until I was like 18.

And then the following year, I moved away from my mom, from my dad.

I'm almost embarrassed to talk about it.
