And it comes and I observe it and I let it move through me and do it anyway.

And it's so funny in those moments when I feel wobbly and I'll go to Mike and I'm like, oh, I don't really think I've got anything good to say.

And I do the spiral and he kind of just nods because he knows it.

And then he looks at me and he goes, you know, you're going to do it anyway.

And I go, yeah, I am.

So he goes, let's just get on with it.

And I go, okay, yeah, and then do it.
