You know, we I I was the weird mum at school that was like, Okay, we have to do something for our daughters.
And I you know, I didn't even really know many of the mums there, but I was like sending the messages going, Will you come and bring your daughter and let's sit in circle and let's share the stories about what happened for us when we got our periods and so they can listen.
And there was a beautiful woman who ran these groups.
And she came and it was so beautiful.
And I remember putting myself out there a bit because I was always kind of at the slowly.
Uh-oh, she's the woo-woo.
Yeah.
I'll just declare that I am that.
But I want this for my daughter because I want her to start to have an imprint of what that looks like and to hear the story.
It was so rich and beautiful.
Like it was just so magnificent that it can start there when they hear our stories.
