She went back to the country and she's done a lot of stuff to do with food s food security in the country.
You know, this is almost
fifteen years ago she she became a PhD in in plant breeding.
But then it helped the country a lot to develop new crops um in drought tolerant come in drought tolerant areas so they can grow like, you know, crops for for cattle, for example, or the crops that support other crops, for example.
So um, you know, she's she's quite prominent there.
She's always telling me I mean, I'm humble because she always tells me fifteen years later, you know, without you
you I will never be where I am and you know, thanks a lot for fighting for me and stuff like that.
So um, you know, we can just touch people's lives.
Like, you know, I was just trying to do my job, but then people still remember that about the impact.
So, you know, that that impact might have taken ten to fifteen years, but then it's still impact because
then they can grow other crops in a country that can ad that can address food security, for example.
Um I wouldn't say that I I've I haven't experienced I don't even like even the word failure, I think that I'll just call them setbacks.
I think for me what I what I've done is in fact I didn't even notice this.
I gave a talk once in Dubai about four or five years ago and after the talk this this guy came to me and said to me,
I've been analyzing your life for the last how many years.
And I see that
You're always reinventing yourself.
I said, what do you mean?
Because well, you started off your career in British government in development and then you challenge yourself going into nuclear science technology.
Because I'm not an a con I'm not a scientist.
