In my book, I already had something called entrepreneurial mindset.
I talked about intention, your purpose, skills, the secrets of budgeting, secrets of finance, how to connect with people.
So it came up with Impact Framework, which starts for intention, mastery, planning, action, connection, and transformation.
So the book in essence is almost like a semi autobiography about how the impact framework
has been relevant for my career working in the UN and also my coffee show.
So in each chapter, there's gonna be an e real life example of whether I work in the UN or interacting with a daily customer in the cafe and how that relates to your purpose, for example.
So maybe we just start up the first one because we talked about it a little bit earlier on.
intention I believe is the m is the most important thing.
So there's a famous saying which I put in my book
When the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said actions are only by intentions.
And what I also get from that is that impact is not about scale, it's about purpose.
So people say, Oh, yeah, I want to I want to create impact.
I want to touch all this, I wanna, you know, have, I don't know, five hundred shops.
But what's your intention here?
What are you trying to build?
What is your legacy?
How does that relate to your purpose?
And that's why the beginning of the book talks about the
concept of ikigai, which I'm sure you've heard about.
