I can't just sit in Vienna or New York or Geneva and say, I know what your problem is, I can solve it.
No, I have to go and be in the field with them or be in the hospital with the doctors and say, What are your challenges?
What are your daily challenges?
If we had well, give me three solutions that I can help solve your problems, then I'll see if I have if I can design a to help you solve that problem.
So you've got to connect with people.
And of course, transformation is if you work with the right people, you connect with them, you can transform their lives.
