Can you play with your grandchildren at 80 years old?
You know, if you can't, why can't you play with your child eight grandchild at 80 years old?
So is it because you're out of breath?
So that means we need to start much earlier, like at 40 or even 30 years old, looking at your health.
Looking at your health, like in terms of what are you eating?
Are you exercising enough?
And it now can project if you start doing consistent exercise, even if it's like two or three hours.
a week from 30 years old, you're gonna have a much healthier life when you get to 80.
Obviously all things given, you don't get knocked down by a car or something like that, right?
So they can't do it.
So they can't do that.
And other factors remaining constant.
Exactly, as we always say in economics, right?
Yeah, exactly.
Everything remaining constant.
So I think the concept of longevity um is becoming more more of a topic now.
Looking at the quality of life, not just the quantity, not looking at just the amount of years you you're living.
Because if you're
eighty or ninety years old, but you're a burden to your community, your burden to your family, for example, they have to they have to feed you three times a day, they have to walk you around where it's vis a vis someone who's at eighty who can walk around, get into a car, drive to the supermarket, drive to pick up their grandkids.
That's where we want to be moving towards looking at the quality of life.
