Speaking at a press conference in Beverly Hills, Lana Drews says Congressman Swalwell drugged her drink and then sexually assaulted her back in 2018.
Drew says at the time she was working as a model, but also had an interest in local politics.
She says she delayed taking action against Swalwell out of fear, but now says she plans to make a report to law enforcement with her attorneys.
Swalwell has not responded to this latest allegation with any public comment.
