But the other part that I really liked that Manny brought up was like having fun and, you know, like the NHL is a pretty good league.
And that doesn't mean that you don't work hard and you push each other and all that, but you have to be able to look around.

And then they try and change everything about that player.
And then he's done playing in a couple of years because he hates the game, right?
Like you have to feed that passion.
It's a bit of the cookie, you know, out in front of you, but with a bit of fire behind you, pushing you forward, that's what a good coach does.
