What kind of CEO are you?
Yeah.
When you, everybody was striving for greatness, you know, and some of that, or so much of that, I think comes from the conditions that you create in the organization, right?
Is there room for your staff to be great?
Is everyone on a mission?
Does everybody believe in what we're doing here?
And when you have those things, like magic stuff happens, but you still need everybody to come to work with it, right?
You need everybody to
to participate.
But I agree with you.
I think that there is something magical when everyone brings their A game and the expectation is an A game.
For the rest of your life.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Because it's training, right?
It's like you're training.
We're all in training to be the person that we really want to be and the leader that we want to be.
And so it's really important.
It's like you've just got to behave and act the way that you want to be.
And it just becomes default.
