He's not a perfect human being.
The fact that he went on Instagram and owned this is very important to remember.
But please, everybody, it's one thing to ask the question, why would you pay this amount of money, and not finish the answer by saying, excuse me, he was under blackmail.
He wanted to protect his family, his privacy, his reputation, and embarrassment from all this violence
horrible lies being put out out of context, which is exactly what has happened here.
So the answer is he's, to me, I've been through a lot of people in these challenges in public embarrassing episodes in politics, business, and life.
Don, you know that.
I think this man is courageous and has shown the honesty and the courage to go on camera, look into the camera,
and tell the truth.
And when he finally asked me whether I thought he should do something like that in the middle of a lawsuit, most lawyers would say, of course not.
You made something that will hurt you in the lawsuit.
My answer was, Shannon, tell the truth.
You can't lie into a camera.
People see it very quickly.
You've got to tell the truth.
And what he said in that camera, I ask everybody, you ask yourself when a jury is seeing him, when we filed our lawsuit against her, or when you see this Instagram, is this man honest?
Does this make sense that after she's charged him a lot of money and it's always been consensual and after this alleged forced event, she came back many times and let him in four different access points using her phone herself to let him in.
And is this sensible that he would engage in non-consensual sex?
The answer is, we are convinced a jury will say, absolutely not.
She is lying.
