amazing people are sometimes like really hated.
Because like they have so much nuance and they're like real people.
Especially artists.
Creative people are like real messy people.
And like things have, they say things that need context.
And like the internet is anti that.
It's so black and white.
So black and white.
They don't know how to see nuance.
They don't care.
run with it yeah they don't care to look for the nuance because it's just like they're so excited to jump on a train to hate someone so I think it's like I used to when I was young because we all kind of grew up in like cancel culture so I think I so gross
I think when I was a young teen, I used to also think like that.
And when I would see artists or they say something bad, I'd be like, yikes, canceled.
But now I'm like, no, people deserve grace.
Absolutely.
It obviously depends on the situation and what people have said and done.
But it's like I think in in a lot of cases, like people deserve a chance to grow or to explain themselves.
That makes sense.
