And and that that was not chosen, that that was not the path that was chosen.
And as a result of that, there is no ability then to recover justice.

we're here to do is to move on to allow people finality to allow them to have peace to allow justin to have time you know with his family unmitigated time where his mind is elsewhere to allow him to continue moving on with his career to allow all the other individual defendants that were dismissed in the summary judgment you know motion
to move on and and and live their lives and and frankly and honestly the same for for ms lively to allow her the dignity to move on with her life and put this all behind everyone and and frankly you know i don't know if people are getting tired of it um i imagine that they are and um and and it's time to move on and it's time to learn from it all
And I'm sure people would have made other choices had they considered this in hindsight.
But the truth is, you know, when you settle, you should settle.
Wish the other party the best and move on.
And you're correct about the fact that there's no dollar figure that exchanged in either direction in this document.
