It doesn't feel like the typical case where you have someone who's made an allegation of sexual harassment or sexual assault
And you all of a sudden have somebody overwhelming somebody with a lawsuit that tends to scare them and force them into giving them the inability to protect themselves.
It's not a typical case.
It's not what it was meant for.
Victoria Burke, who wrote this statute, said that herself.
I don't know the answer to that question, whether it would be covered by insurance or not.
You know, likely, you know, they're there.
I mean, we went through during this case, we went through a fire.
right, a terrible fire in Pacific Palisades.
Yeah, I was, and I feel terrible for the other people in the areas that they were going through the same thing and the families that suffered.
I really think a lot of people suffered, but
Yeah, we're still going through it with insurance companies now.
So whether something's covered by insurance is an awfully interesting question, not just in the world of this type of case, but also in the world of people who suffer their homes and losing their homes and smoke damage.
I think that Justin's always wanted to be able to be heard.
And he's always wanted to be able to speak and to be able to share what he experienced, what he felt, what his family went through.
how he does support women and how he feels about women and how he feels about protecting them and the laws and all of that.
So I think he was disappointed that he didn't have the forum of a trial in which to be able to be heard.
But Megan, as you know better than anyone, a trial is hardly
the form in which you get to be able to tell your story in the way that you want to.
It's a very regulated process where certain things come in, certain things don't come in.
