And so if if there are listeners to this show who live in a blue state, particularly a blue state with a trifecta, a blue house, a blue Senate and a blue governor's mansion, please call your elected representatives and tell them to respond.
Tell them to act.

This is about the Voting Rights Act, and this is about the Equal Protection Clause.
There's going to be an argument here all across the country.
It's not just Texas, and it's not just Texas Democrats.
The Justice Department is saying that this was a racial district gerrymandering that was done earlier and needed to be overturned.
It's not easy to figure this out.
I just made a note here.
There have to be large, compact and politically cohesive districts.
When you look at the map, Louisiana was the one the Supreme Court looked at.
But text, we look at the map of these districts.
They're not large.
They're not compact.
