Saturday mornings I'm usually that's like my recoup day.

It's kinda like I'm I'm kind of exhausted from the week.
I usually need the whole morning, maybe even part of the afternoon, before I do anything of significance.
Yeah, I guess on Sundays maybe it's a little more there's a little bit more room.

So my next my my next category is called minding my grits, which uh works both ways.
So there's minding my grits, which is the saying where I'm not paying attention to the world, I'm just I'm in my own.
And then there's actually minding a pot of grits, which is something that I enjoy to do.
If you've never made grits, five parts water, one cup grits, let it sit overnight, cover it with a towel or something, and then in the morning, put it all in a pot, bring it to a boil, and then let it simmer until it's nice and goopy the way that you like it.
Add butter, cheese, salt and pepper here and there.
