And of the Saudi population, you know, 60% is under the age of 30 years old.

So it's a young, vibrant population that are now rediscovering the world.

And it's so exciting to see how they are emerging into this world and what they're bringing with them.

So yes, it's a very exciting time.

It can be challenging because, you know, things are still developing.

One of the most common conversations I have is not yet.

So, you know, they want to do things, but...

All this development takes time, and the impatience is rising, but I think that speaks well to future development.

I think with any projects, there is ongoing recalibration.

It's particularly in the modern world right now with the geopolitical world that it is, things are constantly changing.

Certainly the Saudi projects are ambitious.

I would debate with you whether some of them are over-ambitious or just on too tight a time scale.

I think the development is certainly there.

Saudi is planning long-term.

They are developing.

It is a large economy.

I don't think we see that as overly ambitious.

I think it's just a case of replanning the timelines and optimizing the plans.

Previously, I've done projects in and around Africa where you had to recalibrate the project plans as you were going.
