And this might be a good time to mention the talks between the US and Iran, which will happen on Friday night over in Pakistan. voice-verified

So Tehran says the negotiations will be based on its ten-point proposal, which calls for control over the Strait of Hormuz and lifting of all sanctions. voice-verified

Uh Trump also said that the US had received a ten-point proposal from Iran, which he described as a workable basis for negotiations within the two-week window. voice-verified

He did actually say that uh before what's happened overnight, so whether or not these talks go ahead, I guess remains a question and it could really be quite a pivotal uh moment for for markets and really everyone right across the globe, depending on what happens this weekend. voice-verified
