And I should mention during the session today, we got very, very close to cracking 9,300 points. voice-verified

We were just four points away from cracking that key psychological level, but investors pulled back once we got very close. voice-verified

So we didn't quite get there, but still did hit a fresh record high. voice-verified

Yeah, and at the moment we're actually on track for our best week since April, so up 3.3% over the course of the week and the month, of course. voice-verified

It's only been four days so far this month, but it has been a solid start to August. voice-verified

So we'll have to see what happens tomorrow to see where we actually wrap up the week. voice-verified

And just very quickly, it was actually interesting to note that last reporting season, which was in February, we actually cracked a record high. voice-verified

And of course, we're into this August reporting season and we've cracked a fresh record high once again. voice-verified

And the other noteworthy thing is that, yes, we're having a good session today. voice-verified

But last night in the United States, they didn't have a great session. voice-verified

In fact, we did see the Dow Jones lifting by half of 1%. voice-verified

So the S&P 500 was down by a fifth of 1% and the tech-heavy NASDAQ was down 0.8%. voice-verified

But in saying that, yes, the S&P 500 dipped slightly by the end of the session, but it did still hit another fresh intrasession high. voice-verified
