This is the insurance broker and its shares are lifting by roughly 5% after providing an update about the proposed takeover from a consortium of private equity giants bidding $7.7 billion to buy out the company. voice-verified

Now, the potential buyers have now substantially completed their checks of the business, and both sides have extended exclusive negotiations until the 19th of August, so a couple more weeks, and that's to finalize the deal, which is voice-verified
