Serotonin, these drugs cross the blood-brain barrier.
They cross the placental wall.
They infuse every part of us.
And when you have a delicate little baby growing and who's so susceptible to the environment around them in the mother's womb, this idea that a synthetic pharmaceutical produced in a lab would have no effect on
It's just it's just illogical.
And what's wild is, you know, the medical profession, they know that this is not new.
But I think because the psychiatric drug conversation has become so politicized in our culture, there's now this like knee jerk reaction to any kind of questioning of a pharmaceutical product.
Like you're suddenly a political issue.
Why have we taken it here?
Because it it shouldn't be.
Right.
And this is nothing new.
Right.
Whatever the drug class is, whether it's SSRI, SNRI, MAOI, tricyclic, antipsychotic, anticonvulsant.
benzodiazepine, Z-drug, stimulant, they're all approved on the basis of short-term trials.
So it is literally an experiment to take these drugs long-term.
And are SNRIs just as hard to get off of as SSRIs?
I would say, roughly speaking, they're all as difficult, the antidepressants.
I mean, the drug class that seems to be the least hard is
