I didn't want to just create this organization and close the doors and go, well, I want people to join as quickly as possible.

So I'm hoping that the L'Oreal's of the world, I'm hoping that the Laneige's of the world, I'm hoping that Rhodes...

We'd like to join.

And we'd like to figure out how to shift this as quickly as possible.

Because the truth is, no matter where you are in the world, it's not just a US thing.

It's not just, I mean, it's global.

We are classing lip products globally.

And we should, at this point in history, we should know better.

It would be, and I'm speaking from experience because I went through a very harrowing health scare.

You wake up afraid, you go to sleep afraid, you look at your socials, you get afraid, you're in the car, you're afraid.

We are a fear-based culture.

And what I can tell you is that's a very low frequency to be in.

And anytime you make a decision to stop,

and ask yourself, are you making this decision out of fear?

Because 100 times out of 100 times, I can guarantee you that decision is the wrong one.
