But you mean the court takes them out of the equation by that they're not involved in the process of the sale.
But when it comes to that, make sure if you have a manipulative ex that delay tactics, they try and delay the sale.
So you just want to give up and just take whatever else.

They just want to use it as a way to manipulate you.
If they know that you desperately want the house, if you love the house, they're going to try and to use that as a lever to get everything else or to just try and destroy you and make you miserable.
So you've got to let go and not show.

What's the risk of being too relaxed with Amicable when you're going through this kind of process of transferring the house or selling it?
I was told by a real estate agent because I had a lovely massive wardrobe and I miss it so much.
