How does the cost of all of that get included or thought about when it comes to property and child support?

You're saying property can be adjusted to make.

Yes.

So keeping records of how much you pay and where you go and when is something good for your affidavit as well as something good to have in mediation for negotiation for property because ongoing that is a lot of money.

And the child support assessment can be made.

You can get a change to that assessment based on reasons.

And I believe one of those reasons is these additional medical needs.

Mum, also, we do get people emailing us quite desperately about their children once they go past 18 and they've still got not just neurodivergent but disabilities as well.

Can you get continued support past 18?

Because apparently, magically, children once they turn 18 can just get a job, buy a house, drive a car and they pay for all their medical expenses.

Is there anything the court can do?

And I guess negotiating for property settlement, always think about after 18, am I still going to need support?

So just make sure when you do your property settlement percentages, you're accommodating that.
