So the hope there is that they're looking at the section sixty C C best interests of the children and family violence is a factor.
So the hope is that if someone was going to court that they would look at that.
But the problem is you're saying that the only way to find out if the children are being subjected to it, apart from the parents saying it's happening, is the children saying it and unfortunately the children are highly unlikely to say it.
