And Shiloh spoke about how, I was going to read it, she was talking to camera in it, but she also had like a screenshot of her notes app.
And what she wrote is what she does is she writes out how she feels because of the task.
And then once she's finished it and, like, done the thing that she didn't want to do, she then writes how she feels afterwards.
And I was like, that is such an amazing way because, you know, after you do something that's really hard, you're like, why don't I do that more?
Kind of like with exercise.
Oh, I do feel good when I exercise.
But it feels like, oh, I can't do it.
I don't have time, blah, blah.
So as an example, she said, so cleaning her car and her room was something that she needed to do.
And she wrote, I feel breathless because my car and room are dusty and stuff is everywhere.
So that was how she feels.
And then afterwards, clean room and car, feel like I can take a deep breath again, drove without air hunger.
And when she says air hunger, she means being like, can't breathe in the car.
And then, like the most satisfying thing to do on a to-do list is obviously tick it off with one of those green ticks and emojis.
So then she did that afterwards.
I feel paranoid I'm missing something because I need to finish tax and respond to emails.
Then, how she felt after she did that, I feel, I don't, sorry, I don't feel like something is looming over my shoulders anymore.
