And I think so often, like I do this heaps, like trying to seek out, I don't know, awards or whatever it might be in order to like tick something off to feel good enough because you don't feel good enough inside and nothing external is going to do that for you.
So I think it's a really good example of...
of that and something that, yeah, it just, and it also comes back to like with our work and kind of linking it back to Kylie, like obviously her singing was a very big part of, it's her career, a very big part of her.
And for all of us that do tie a lot of our career into our self-identity, which I know we can try not to, but if you care a lot about it, it's really hard, right?
It just means sometimes it can be really hard to, and even like for me at the moment, something, it's interesting and when you talk about our strengths and how we kind of come, like the way that we ran the business, I think there are things that when you are in a business partnership, you both default doing because it's like not the other person's.
strength per se, but it's also not your number one strength.
And so I think also something that I'm now kind of trying to explore in myself now that my role has changed is what are my strengths?
Because there were things in the business that I did that you didn't want, like, not that you didn't want to do, but it just made more sense to me to do them.
But I, they weren't my true strength or something that I was a very big expert
And there's been some things that, you know, recently have come up in the business that I had done and I hadn't done them properly.
And that's been really, and having a new CEO in, it's been like, obviously all the stuff that I didn't do properly, a lot of it.
And it's not in a bad way.
It's just like... I wouldn't use that word.
You just did differently.
But there are some things from a process perspective that you need to do in a certain way that...
You know what I mean?
And that's actually like when I reflect on I think why part of this journey has been quite hard for me is, oh God, I'm getting emotional.
But some of the things that I think by default I was calling my strength because it wasn't your strength.
