then the adrenaline and other stress hormone takes over because adrenaline cortisol is taking over because cortisol is a more longer lingering response of the body. So cortisol for a week is okay for two weeks is also okay. But if it's turns to longer than months, months or years, then that leads to low grade inflammation.
