It puts you in the here and now. And I think that is an instant meditative practice. You can do that through meditation, but it's very difficult for a modern human being to sit still. And meditate for 15 minutes. It's very difficult. But this is what we do also with an ice bath. You go into the ice bath. You sit in it for two minutes. And there is no way. You either connect with yourself.

And you bring that out and you are in a state of bliss after, then it's so much easier to connect with the world. You just are relaxed. There is nothing to gain. There's nothing that you need. It's as well solving an issue or... excelling in another area that is important. But first you need to understand what is important, whether you want to create it and where do you want to go then, and then have the discipline as well to make the proper steps.

Once you're in the flow, I think that there you find the very big passion. and that you also understand and have the confidence to follow that path.
